Emma Ford

Emma began working for the Scottish award winning composer Craig Armstrong after studying at Glasgow University in 1999.

Her career in the music industry has developed alongside the composer working on the many diverse creative projects that Armstrong undertakes every year.

Score supervising for films such as the BAFTA winning Moulin Rouge, Oliver Stone’s Snowden, Love Actually and Peter Mullan’s feature films amongst many other score award winning films for Armstrong. Managing and co-ordinating Armstrong’s solo albums and live performances. Researching and developing classical commissions such as the Herald Angel award winning Scottish Opera’s The Lady From The Sea and the beautiful and very unique recording of Gaelic psalm singing with Craig Armstrong, Calum Martin and the Scottish Ensemble; The Edge Of The Sea (Modern Recordings 2020).  Emma is presently score music supervising on two new feature film scores and a new major solo album for Armstrong.
