Michiel Turner is a multidisciplinary artist and arts facilitator originally from Moray in the north of Scotland, based in Glasgow. His practice includes music, animation and film and centres on ecology and collaboration. His work has been described as “hallucinatory” by The Skinny and last year he won the award for Most Outstanding Creative Work at Nomad: A Living Land festival in Naryn, Kyrgyzstan.
Michiel is the founder and co-director of anam creative, an organisation facilitating paid opportunities for emerging artists living in Scotland.
